All Florida Health Department Requirements will be sent once you are approved to attend our event.

BOOTH TYPE


Full Booths - 8x10 Includes: 2 Skirted 8’ Tables, 2 Chairs, 2 Artist/Vendor Passes (Non-Transferrable) for Highlands County artists and vendors only, & website portfolio highlight: $800  

Multiple Booths – 8x10 Includes: 2 Skirted 8’ Tables, 2 Chairs, 2 Artist/Vendor Passes (Non-Transferrable), & website portfolio highlight. Only applies to Highlands County artists and vendors: $1500

Payment Plan Deposit Payment - Available for FULL BOOTHS only. This applies only to tattoo artists: $350

 NON-TATTOO ARTISTS 

10x10 Tent Includes:  2 Vendor Passes, & website portfolio highlight.

Located on the outside premises of the building: $600

Craft Vendor Booth: $450

TOTAL NUMBER OF BOOTHS REQUIRED

Each booth purchase includes 2 attendee passes. For instance, 1 booth comes with 2 passes, and 2 booths come with 4 passes. Additional passes can be purchased as needed. For Vendor/Sebring Artists, a half booth includes 1 attendee pass, or you can opt for a full booth, which includes 2 attendee passes.​​

Total Number of Standard Booths Requested 

Please enter a number between 0 and 10. 

ADDITIONAL PASSES

If you require more than the 2 attendee passes included with each full booth (for example, 4 passes if you register for 2 booths), you can purchase additional attendee passes for $14 each.

Attendee Details: Please have the following information ready when contacting us to purchase additional passes: Name, Contact Information, and a link to the additional attendee's portfolio and/or website.

Travel:

We will have shuttle busses going to and from the major airports in Orlando & Tampa starting Thursday through to Monday at a reasonable price, so you don't have to pay overpriced rideshare companies.  

 

Food:

We will provide buffet style catered VIP Section for artists, vendors, sponsors, staff & entertainment throughout the weekend. 

 

We are hosting a pre-cocktail and empowerment seminar exclusively for tattoo artists on Thursday night disclosed location.

Perks:

Inkvision Media will feature a full Women’s Edition at the Tattoo Socialite Arts Festival. We are charging spectators a $18 entry fee to guarantee a well-attended event, helping you maximize your earning potential.
