This is the only national all-female tattoo expo at this time and we want to celebrate the women’s movement by producing an event for female tattoo artists worldwide. As well as having our vendor booths be women owned businesses. Even our food trucks will be women owned.

Our mission is to help raise money for a local non-profit organization called “The After School Spot''. This organization was founded and run by a single mom with a severe health issue called Regina Nicolois. She has gone through a long journey in life and is so grateful that it is her mission to help underprivileged children in her community by creating a safe space for them to go after school. She is the only non-profit in Highlands County that engages with the community on a weekly basis through her location and with her That’s So Sweet Treat Truck. So let’s help our local community.

The After School Spot will have a KIDZ KORNER area in the convention with the following:

Arts & Crafts
Fake Tattoos
Face Painting
Video gaming station
Bubble Dome
Babysitting while you get tattooed with a tag (remote GPS tile) fee is $35 for 3 hours.

The VIBE!

This will be not just a tattoo and arts festival but a visual experience. Imagine all the bells and whistles of a girl event with the glitter and glam vibe. Little selfie stations throughout the venue and props that will make you feel like you are in a land made for gothic Barbie meets Wednesday. We will be promoting and advertising as it was our Sweet Sixteen for us in the tattoo industry. This will be the media frenzy we as women in the tattoo industry deserve. Girl Power at its Finest.

You must be 18+ with photo ID to be tattooed at the Tattoo Socialite Arts Festival.

All ages welcome & all minors must be accompanied by an adult. Children 12 & under get free entry with a ticket-holding adult.

Tattoo Contest Submissions

$10 per submission for each category.

Except Tattoo of the Day / Best in Show = $15

A: Unless otherwise noted, you can find our Contest Signup booth next to the Entertainment Stage. Signup ends 30 minutes prior to Judging.

Entry Fees: Tattoo of the Day/ Best In Show = $15, All other Contests = $10. Cash Only.

Size Parameters: Small = 4’x 4′ and smaller Medium = Up to 8’ x 8’ Large = Up to 12′ x 12′

Art Gallery Exhibit

All Art Submissions for the Art Gallery must be submitted 60 days in advance for approval. (you must include size and equipment to hang it up to the wire fence wall. Plus plaque with your name, link, cashapp label to hang next to your artwork). Send email to apply.

Miss Tattoo Socialite Pageant registration fee: $25

Competition will be on Sunday but photo-ops will be on Saturday. You must be tattooed and over 18 years of age. You will be judged by the tattoo artwork and personality and your overall energy and vibe because all women are beautiful. No Nudity or Vulgar Behavior Allowed. You will be disqualified. We want to be mindful of the elderly and children that will be there. All inclusive.

Travel Accommodations:

Shuttle Vans are available from Tampa International Airport and Orlando International Airport Starting from Thursday, October 9 2025 through Monday, October 13 2025 for $100 per shop/max 3 people per shop. Singular pass will be $75. Please inquire about the driver's schedule. It’s a 12-passenger van wrapped with our logo. If you are from the area and not a tattoo studio we charge $88 per person but only do pick up around the airport area. If you have a group of friends of more than 5 people please let us know in advance to arrange your pick up based on our airport schedule times. This service is mainly to cater to our traveling artists.
